Describe the bug

When a user deletes their account, they continue to receive marketing emails from Loops. Account deletion doesn't remove or unsubscribe the user from Loops, so they remain in the marketing list.

To reproduce

1. Create a new account
2. Delete the account
3. Marketing emails continue to be sent to the deleted account's email

Potential fix: Add a userDeleted method to loops.server.ts and call it during account deletion to remove the user from Loops
