Control possible harm - Triggers

While I sincerely applaud this effort, it will require a list of common triggers to be tagged. This determination should not be left up to products, as it will result in wildly inconsistent results. I acknowledge that this is tagged as needing additional research, but wanted to document the need for a specific list, not simply subjective guidelines to assess content against. Such guidelines could be used in addition to a list, but not as a replacement.
