Consider adding blurred content to Guideline 2.6.1 Avoid physical harm

Blurred content such as images or background give me an instant headache. This is likely du to me not having binocular vision. It would be nice to have a requirement for this with an essential or mode of adjustment exception.

To help me visualize the requirement, could you clarify a few things?

1. Threshold: Is there a specific level of blur that triggers the headache, or is any amount of blur problematic? (I’ve included three examples https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/19xsizgej2neX3xLj4y7uJixSLYKgD7kE?usp=drive_link with increasing levels of blur for reference).
2. Context: Does the headache occur primarily when the background is blurred but the foreground remains sharp, or is it the lack of clear edges overall?
3. Alternatives: Would a non-blurred alternative—such as a solid dark 'scrim' (overlay) or a high-contrast border around the widget—be a better solution for your vision needs?"
