Editors, Contributors and Acknowledgements Review

I have gone through the contributions that were made from the publication of L2 Recommendation through the publication of L3 Candidate Recommendation. I have looked at the issues written and pull request written and also reviews. Ultimately the list is up to the group for Editors, Contributors and Acknowledgements Review. Going through the list here are the top people (that made over 100 contributions) that I would consider solid editor suggestions for L3 if they want to be listed as editors otherwise I would suggest others on the current editor list be listed as previous editors and move them to the contributors list for L3. Once again this is up to the WG not me, I'm just making suggestions based upon the contributions made:
