- Added `sched-ext.cfg` for extended scheduling and debugging configurations. - Updated `linux-raspberrypi_%.bbappend` to include `sched-ext.cfg`. - Enabled `KERNEL_DEBUG` for generating BTF type information. Change-Type: minor
